Our people

Our experienced, dedicated educators are committed to helping pupils achieve their goals. They're passionate about teaching and always looking for new and innovative ways to help children learn.

Our mission

To connect schools with exceptional education professionals, while supporting candidates to find rewarding roles that help shape the future of learning.

Our approach

Personal and supportive. We listen to each candidate's goals, guide them through the process and help them secure roles where they can thrive and make a difference.

Our philosophy

The right people in the right places

We believe education has the power to transform lives, and that begins with the right people in the right places. Our philosophy is simple: we're dedicated to connecting passionate, talented educators with the schools and communities that need them most.

We don't just fill vacancies; we build lasting relationships. By taking the time to understand both our candidates and our partner schools, we make sure every placement is the right fit, for today and for the future.

We're here to support educators at every stage of their career, while helping schools build strong, safe learning communities.

Safeguarding

Integrity and excellence, in everything we do

We uphold the highest standards of compliance, carrying out rigorous checks and vetting to protect the safety and wellbeing of every child. Our commitment goes beyond meeting requirements: it's about fostering trust and creating environments where students, staff and schools can thrive.

Our vetting process

  • Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) followed at all times
  • Enhanced DBS and barred list checks
  • TRA and EWC checks for teachers
  • Full referencing and right to work checks
  • A detailed vetting form for every candidate
