Yes. You will need an Enhanced DBS. If you don’t have one, we can help you apply. DBS on the Update Service is preferred.

Our workers are paid weekly through an umbrella company we partner up with, although some long-term or permanent roles may follow the school’s payroll structure.
We stay in regular contact to ensure you feel supported. You’ll have a dedicated consultant and access to CPD, feedback, and ongoing guidance.

Yes. All candidates undergo rigorous compliance checks, including:
· Enhanced DBS (on the update service where possible)
· Full referencing (minimum 2 years)
· Right-to-work verification
· Qualifications and relevant training checks
· Safeguarding verification
We follow Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines at all times.
Yes, we support day-to-day, long-term and permanent placements. We can also offer temp-to-perm arrangements.
