Yes. You will need an Enhanced DBS. If you don’t have one, we can help you apply. DBS on the Update Service is preferred. 

We partner with Primary, Secondary, SEMH/SEND, Alternative Provisions, and Independent schools across our local and wider regions.

Our workers are paid weekly through an umbrella company we partner up with, although some long-term or permanent roles may follow the school’s payroll structure.

We stay in regular contact to ensure you feel supported. You’ll have a dedicated consultant and access to CPD, feedback, and ongoing guidance.

We provide a full range of education professionals, including:

· Teachers (Primary, Secondary, SEND)

· Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Assistants

· SEND specialists

· SENCOs

· Cover Supervisors

· Therapists (SaLT, OT, etc.)

· Pastoral and Behaviour Support staff

· Leadership roles (Middle & Senior)

Yes. All candidates undergo rigorous compliance checks, including:

· Enhanced DBS (on the update service where possible)

· Full referencing (minimum 2 years)

· Right-to-work verification

· Qualifications and relevant training checks

· Safeguarding verification
We follow Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines at all times.

Yes, we support day-to-day, long-term and permanent placements. We can also offer temp-to-perm arrangements.
