Our lawful bases
We process personal information where it is necessary to take steps towards, or to perform, a contract with you; where we have a legal obligation (for example right to work and safeguarding checks); where it is in our legitimate interests to run a recruitment business; and, where required, with your consent. Criminal record information is processed only as permitted by law for roles working with children.

We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, and we review it regularly. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email info@brightfuturesrecruitment.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
