Work full-time across the school’s Essex sites as part of an established, multidisciplinary therapeutic team.

Support pupils with Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans, particularly those with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Deliver targeted speech, language and communication interventions tailored to each child’s developmental and emotional profile.

Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and wider pastoral teams to promote holistic progress and wellbeing.

Contribute to the school’s trauma-informed approach, helping pupils communicate, connect, and thrive.

A qualified and experienced Speech and Language Therapist, ideally with HCPC registration.
